Hey Bud, Picked up the S60 with 58K on it after the upgrade. I noticed
a tremendous improvement relative to acceleration. Well, that lasted about a week, the car has cold start problems. I'm dumping it, with regrets to whomever buys it.

Thanks Bud, I did not have to pay a diagnosis fee for the software upgrade. I asked when the EMT does fail and the car requires a tow, Volvo would be responsible for the tow and EMT replacement, and they agreed. I can't believe they won't remedy a known flaw in the car, knowing when it does happen, ...

I had the throttle software upgrade done on my 01 S60 T5 today. The
dealer stated the ETM doesn't have to be replaced. Am I responsible for
a diagnosis fee to pick up the car?
