I solved the problem with checking the engine oil level.
Mechanic filled too much oil. -,,-
Oil was over F.
Now, the fuel consumption came back to 10.5 liters/100kms.
It's not bad. ^^

My volvo car is 2004 S80 2.0T model. I replaced fuel filter and engine oil and filter 2 days ago. But the fuel consumption have got higher than before. Almost 15~16 liters /100kms.
