Can anyone tell me what this part is? It is broken and hissing and I want to replace it but I can't figure out what it is. It says PA6 GF 30.

Well, I called the Volvo dealer and they said it is the right part and can't figure out why it doesn't fit. They let me return the bushing and have ordered the bracket assembly. Thanks for the replies guys!

The bushing is loose. It is hard to tell from the pictures but there is space between the bushing and bracket.
