It fits nicely under the seat. I put it facing the middle so the wires could run under the console up to the HU.

I turned it facing the middle so the wires can be run under the console up to the HU. I ran the ground wire to the back bolt for the seat. Fits just fine. When I get a chance, I'll post a picture.

Update: I actually only needed the 14 pin connector to finish the harness. The 400 watt amp works great under the passenger seat!
