Ok got it figured out. This is my first Volvo and I have never heard of a Rear Fog Light. That's what that bulb is for. I just assumed that there would be more than 1 Bulb for brake lights on each side.

I need to know which lights light up when the brake pedal is depressed. I will include a picture of the 2 Bulb Housings out of the Left Rear Tail Light Assembly. Left Bulb Holder(towards outside of car) is as follows: Top Bulb - Parking Light Middle Bulb - Turn Signal Bottom Bulb - Brake Light Right...
