I got it out and cleaned up, I think I am going to try to seal the hole in the bottom with JB weld and some washers to get the hole size smaller and then leak check it to make sure the tank seals are good. Does anyone know of any special way to attach the mounting brackets back to the intercooler? Mine have come off and if plugging the hole is the only problem and the tanks are still sealed I would like to reinstall this thing.

I also noticed looking at some new intercooler pictures, my weep hole is cracked and about 1/2" in diameter vice the little 1/8" one in the pictures. I wonder if this is causing low air under boost which in turn causes a rich condition to pull fuel.
