I am trying to do the 120,000 mile maintenance on a 1998 Volvo S70, and it calls for lubricating the link arm. Is this easy to do, and is this the same thing as the steering stop?

No codes on the O2 sensor; I was just hoping that was a common cause of decreased mpg.

I am trying to address a noticeable decrease in gas mileage that has occurred over the past few months. The mpg is around 15 now, and the car has 118,000 miles on it. The O2 sensors are original.

I called to check on the codes, but they did not record them. At the time, they recommended an air pump and check valve (and an ABS module because that light was also on), so I would think that there wasn't an error code for the O2 sensor.

I should have a good estimate of the mpg later this week ...
