I checked the 12v outlet as advised and couldn't get a reading. I checked the ground on the Pass A-post. Well its was a clip that is parallel with left side fuse box except on the passenger side. 2 grounds are supposed to be on the A-post. I know that is not the actual A-post but still pretty close....

The front and back (middle) outlets are both down. The very back outlet (rear) is working.

Stavlr, I always ready for so Fiefly.... Oragnex, I try your recommendations. The clutch on the compressor engages as soon as the a/c is turned on.
