Okay I'm checking out both videos and I have done an engine swap before to me that sounds like the best option knowing that there could be a possibility for my pistons to be damaged along with the valves and who knows what else could of happened.

Thanks everyone I was hoping it wouldn't come to an engine swap but it seems that is the only solution.

No loud noise when my car stopped just slowed down I did change the timing belt and I'm getting the same problem no start, I did notice that the cams rotated No weird noises just the starter ...

Timing belt was loose and when I pulled it out I had a couple pieces, I will be replacing this today hopefully done by tonight and will be holding off on the pnp switch for the moment.

No haven't checked the timing belt will check it today as well. would that cause no spark?

-I did Try grounding the wire (going from the ignition coil to the distributor) had a friend start the car and did not see a spark.
