A few of the little things that control the air direction in the vents have come off track. I fixed the drivers side vent but am having trouble getting the middle vent out (where the hazard light is). Anyone have any suggestions or know how I might be able to do this?

I'm trying to remove the fan vents in my car to fix them. The air directors are off of the thing that connects all of them. I got the drivers side fixed but can't seem to get the middle vents out... any suggestions on how this might be done?

I did get the resistor out and the fan seems to turn without a problem. The resistor itself is very dirty and looks kind of like it's starting to corrode. I took a picture of it if that helps to determine if it's bad.

I few months ago my fan would continue to blow after the car was off and come on at random times while the car was off. Well now nothing is happening on any setting. I'm not mechanically inclined by any means but did get the blower motor out (with the helpful instructions on this site). Only to find...
