Sounds like normal valve/injector ticking to me, I'd run a bottle of good injector cleaner through the system and just drive it. Short of cam seals these top ends don't usually have many issues.

I already have all the RTI hardware installed from a northern car, not really installing it for using it, I have google maps for that. It's just getting the car to have all the period correct functions.This isn't my daily driver, just a fun weekend car. I have a NA V70 I use daily for work.

First prototype built, just waiting for my SWD programmer to load the bootloader onto the chip.

Yeah, I think it's mostly a noise issue in the car.

I emailed D5T5 and they will accept the pin to update to your account for configuration changes. I'm just waiting for them to update mine to see if I can do the manual configuration change in the CEM.

How big is your wire? Do you have CAN HS L direct to pin 2 or to Can RX pin?
