The pic in step 11 showed me what's wrong. There's actually TWO cables on the signal stalk. I had one plugged in, and the other had bent backwards toward the firewall making it look like something under the dash connected to it. Turned that connector around and it plugged right in.

Thanks cn90. I looked again and it is plugged in properly, there is just another connector that comes off the signal which is disconnected, but I believe it isn't supposed to be hooked up to anything.

So a weird one today.. I'm reassembling after changing the a/c evaporator and can't figure out where the turn signal/cruise/high beam plugs in. I have the harness coming off the stalk, going to about a 2 inch cable in the steering column, then can't see anywhere to plug it in next. Can ...
