I replaced the trans pan gasket and the fluid this summer. It all looks good. I'll give the 3rd gear thing a try, thanks.

2000 s80 t6 140k miles engine runs great but transmission acts as of it is in neutral. sequential shift and reverse don't work. If you shut off the car and restart it, it will drive for ten feet then act as if the car has been shifted into neutral.
