Matt,
It is not slipping on shifts. It happens at cruise speed. As I said, it is not the engine actually missing, just a similar sensation. It is a slight shaking, but is not accompanied by a gear change.

'98 V70 XC transmission
After I owned my XC for a year or so, I started getting a shaking at cruise that I first thought was an engine miss. It turned out to be the transmission and the fix (through the dealer) was a different transmission fluid. That took care of 98% of the problem until recently. The "missing" ...
