I've gotten the engine stripped down to just the top and lower head, but now I cant figure out how to remove all the injectors from the engine. They seem to be stuck in the rail, and in the block. I drove my new to me v90 to San Francisco and all of a sudden after a hill there was water under the car and it instantly overheated. I waited till it cooled, added coolant, but it did it again, and again! The radiator is not leaking, but it keeps on blowing the coolant out around the expansion tank...

Edmunds.com shows that the service is about two hours as well and in my area will be about 200 with parts!

Anyone actually pay a dealer to do this service? My mechanic is already charging me pretty damn good prices on parts, but I want to compare that to dealer prices.
