I'm looking at 250000+ and I'm fairly certain the cat is clogged. I'm wanting to consider all my options. Is there a second o2 sensor in the converter? What diameter is the piping? Does it change through the length?

Any advice on getting the back panel off? Im looking at the handle on the inside and wondering how to get that piece off. In particular, the screw on the end of the inside handle.

IMO, buy Volvo brand plugs. They aren't too expensive and adds a bit of insurance to your peace of mind.

Can you provide a pic for the tunnel mat on the 850 please thx?! Also, will there be a wagon cargo mat available eventually?

Replaced center wheel caps with new style
Air filter and 2/3 vacuum lines on TCV
Oil used on oil change was 5W30
Noticed the PVC vac line under the manifold is disconnected.

Iv mostly done work on the 850 models wagon and sedan, any 5 cylinder engine, is similar and I am willing to help as long as it is within my personal abilities with the car. Just message me and we can go from there. Iv also done very limited work on the Volvo 240.
