Thank you for the advice. I can't find a car to pull one from. We tried. I think have the stalk installed and then make a new plan. It would be great if stalk fixed some of the problems. Not feeling very hopeful. Love the car...if it started..

Thank you both for replying! They said they ran the codes. He wouldn't provide them to me, after multiple requests. He said there is a communication fault on the turn signal stalk. He said it is a permanent fault and the stalk must be replaced before they can begin to figure this out.

The only way to shut off my headlights, after I turn the car off, is to pull the fuse. I just keep the fuse out unless I am driving in the dark. The interior indicator lights show that the high beams are on. No matter what I do to the steering wheel headlight stalk, I can't change from high to low ...
