The oil filter is about the same level as the pan, can I change it out (required, if I follow the directions) without draining the pan/loosing much oil?

1. Get a container for draining coolant into and your parts.

Are #s 10,14, and 15 in this drawing what your referring to? Is that a banjo bolt because it carries coolant in and surrounding the bolt?

The banjo bolt on the underside of the intake is the one that has to be taken off for replacing/cleaning the pcv oil trap mess.
