Issue was shorted cruise control switch. Took out the steering control reel and the steering control module.

Had intermittent turn signals, took turn signal stem off and cleaned the contacts. Put the stem back in, same problem, only worse. At some times, the turn signal would not turn off, even after I turned the car off/on. Ordered a new turn signal stem, replaced and now, nothing. The turn signals do not...
