Yea head is in very bad condition and it looks like somebody was digiling with it before me , i have to find new one now

I have a 2001 250PS T5 2,3turbo B5234T3,M56,YV1RS53K212048629 and my cylinder head is gone
The biggest problem is that there are no heads on sale in my region, ive been searching for 5 months now

Do anybodys knows, is it possible to put on 2,0turbo or 2,5turbo etc. head ?

So i managed to find the right gearbox and send it to the shop.
Gearbox 100EUR
Transportation 100EUR
Replacement 400EUR

But now its like a new car
Problem was bearings, they just flew away, i got lucky that i didnt damadged enythin else

I post it here for future readers. So finding the gearbox was a nightmere, but i managed to do it. Here is picture of a old gearbox.

The manuals are really rare over here in the US, I don't remember seeing anyone doing an S60 conversion here. Good luck with that conversion!
