I'll recheck all wires to see, it may be wrong ignition timing or faulty plug wires. Maybe the rotor is placed wrong, that its not lined up with TDC #1.
I will have to do some more fiddling around to be sure.

fuel injectors are working as they should, have even tried spear injectors, same problem. Could it be bad spark plug wires? There is spark in all 4 wires, but i can hear a faint sparking sound from the distributor cap.

I what now? how can I diagnose the fuel? and how would that help me, sorry for stupid questions here mate, but I have very little experience with this stuff, trying to learn along the way, but some stuff I need more information about
