Received the unit yesterday. Was extracting the .rar files with Winrar. The file 2014D.part7 appears to be corrupt and will not extract. My laptop does meet the requirements.
Any ideas to try?
Is the anyplace to get 2014D software that works? Or another version?

Can someone recommend a reputable place to repair the back lighting leds on my DIM. Tried contacting xemodex but never heard back from them. I'm not good with circuit board repairs so I don't want to risk damaging it. Saw a couple on ebay but I'm unsure at this time. Thanks
