After realizing my mistake (I was confusing my replacement of PEM with CEM).. I replaced the PEM along with the fuel pump. I did not replace the CEM - or have it 'repaired'. Considering my mistake after the original post, I suppose its safe to assume the CEM is the culprit of this? Thanks again!
