Ok... narrowed the problem down to when the engine is hot and below 700rpm or so the light comes on...rev the engine just a little and the light goes out. It's a band aid approach, but any thoughts on moving up to a heavier weight oil or bumping the timing a little? I can't find any leaks at this ...

Ordered a gauge, but hasn't come in yet. So I went ahead and replaced the oil pressure sender..and for several start ups and for 4 miles of driving, no oil pressure light, then wham! Intermittent "no oil pressure light"!

I've been pulling my hair out trying to find where the oil pressure sender is located on a 2006 XC90 2.5t. I have the much loved "no oil pressure" light and want to check the pressure with a real gauge. Pan seals have all been recently replaced. Any insight would be greatly appreciated ...
