Looks like i got this sorted out, two days without fault coming back. Replaced both sensors, on dpf right sensor was 31431046 and first sensor right behind engine was 31431045. Dpf sensor was "easy", 17mm open end wrench and 50cm steel pipe as extension did it, but only after heating it first with ...

Further testing.. Upper temp sensor which is accessible behind engine without car lift, shows ~300Ohm when engine has idled about 1hr, that should be in line with specs. When logging, this sensor constatly changes values at least little, looking "live" so i think this might be ok.

Now i noticed ...

After starting car, there was text saying (in finnish) "engine service required" and car went to limp mode, going only walking speed. Disconnected battery for 5 minutes, car then worked 5 starts and driving, and then sixth start and same limp mode again. At this point Vida gives code ECM-2AA0 ...
