Well, wonders never cease. The car passed emissions with the check engine light on.
I would still like to get that light off... but, woohoo!
Go figure.

Well, new hose did not fix it and I am still getting the code and am a complete loss.... everything, outside of the ecu, has been replaced. My option now is to take it in and let it fail and then take it to an "authorized emissions specialist" and let them scan it.
So So frustrating... I have done ...

Checked the pump, relay, solenoid,replaced vacuum lines, all are good and work. I tried using electrical tape on the hose that goes from the pump to the firewall valve and the car is getting an error. I ordered a new hose and am picking it up today... hoping this is ...

Well, with emissions coming up again the car decided to throw the P0410 code. I, again, replaced the airpump and control valve and the issue did not go away ...
