The test for MAF is that it flows around 12.5kg/hr when viewed in live settings with A/C off.

Any lower than this and you should look for air leaks in the piping to throttle (especially at the band clamp) and elsewhere.

If you get a higher reading you can assume a faulty MAF ...

The 0280218088 was the correct MAF.

The other number is for turbo cars 1999 to 2001 fitted with the troublesome Magnetti throttle so someone saved a few dollars as the 0280218108 are usually much cheaper. I just bought 2 of them in a Bosch OEM for $64.49 each from Amazon.
