Well, I have looked and looked and have be unable to find. So thanks but not making mountain out of anything. By all means if you think you can find one knock yourself out. Sorry if i am coming across rude, but I've been dealing with this problem for far to long and don't need some rude comment.

Does anyone know of where I can purchase an instrument cluster for my 1991 940 turbo volvo?

auctually my roommates husband suggested maybe ignition switch that will probably be my next fix..And yes, I am getting me a multimeter tester and learning how to use it.. Thanks for the suggestion..

thank you for the tip. So I checked and belt is tight and has no excessive give. But now I want to know if my instrument cluster has a fuse on the back of it? I read on hear some guy that had the exact same problem and the problem was in the instrument cluster...

If it was the crankshaft pulley would I hear it slipping? And is that the serpentine belt?

I am wondering where my voltage regular is on my 1991 Volvo 940 turbo? I believe it to be on the back of alternator, but the man at the auto part store said no that isn't were it's located. So I just want to make sure..
