Hi, I have a C30 T5 and blower for the heater and a/c is blowing very softly, you can feel if your hand is up by the vent but the car does not get hot/cold. My wife also has a C30 and her fan blows at much higher speeds. Any suggestions, Volvo said probably not the motor itself but another component...
