When you hear the noise, if you depress the brake pedal (not fully like in braking the car, just depressed with some pressure), does't the whistle go away?

Not completely sure where it is coming from, but it seems like a turbo whistle. Rather lvooud. Starts from 1300 revs and gets louder the more you push gas pedal in. If you keep pedal in place, staying at same speed - no whistle. It is quite loud yet my phone can't really pick it up properly ...

It doesn't have any connection to rain, happens randomly. But if it happens, it happens more than once in one, lets say, 25km ride. Happened during winter, less frequently, but maybe it is progressing towards somethings death
