Did you seal along the whole front of the windscreen were it meets the wipers?

What about a door gasket? Was the car ever side swipped? I have the same problem with my 2004 S 60 ... water seems to be coming in between the door and body of car.

Don't think it's coming from the door seal, from the pattern of where ...
