Replaced the 15 amp fuse for the two 12v outlets in the front part of the car. Man that thing was hard to get at. Four fuse boxes in the car and of course that one had to be the hardest to find!

Im totally new here. Just bought a 2005 XC70 this weekend. It had the same issue as above and I fixed it in under an hour using this guys video. It was super easy and now it works like new!
