Re: Discount Tire saga - one slow leak

This really makes me want to get a tire machine and balancer. Any one in the SNH Area want to come and use my new to me machine? Or would I be the only one. You have to bring your own weights though.

As a point on topic, who actually gets their oil tested?

What kind of info do you get out of it that makes it worth the while?

You need just enough lawn space and a community that doesn't care you have a mini "auto recycling yard" to pull it off.

If you use Akebono ceramic brake pads you will practically never have to clean your wheels again (at least not of brake dust).
But what if you like cleaning the brake dust off your rims? What produces the most brake dust? and wont chew through rotors?

My Thoughts on a open waste gate would be no power or decreased efficiency, not no acceleration.

If you wanted to avoid the gloves, doing it near a sink may be a smart move. that way you can just wash your hands after.

Finally cleaned off my radio knob with hand sanitizer. So. Much. Better.
Did it have the sticky coating and if so were you able to completely remove it?
Indeed. and also Indeed.

I used purell, not that it really matters. and took two paper towels to get everything off my fingers.
