I have driven it about 70 miles so far and it is like a brand new transmission. It shifts smoothly between all the gears. I have a few areas I drive where I know I will get a 2nd to 3rd flare almost 90% of the time, and I drove that last night 5 times and didn't get a single one.

Do a Gibbons drain and fill-- there are youtube videos and many write ups on the internet. Based on what you have already done, this is well within your abilities. You can pretty quickly get almost all new fluid into the transmission with a gibbons.

The arms were exact is size and dimensions to the stock ones I took off. I am confident they are the correct ones, and I think the cast tolerances were a bit off. I couldn’t really judge the bushings because the old bushings, especially the front, were shot.

I bought the car and it failed inspection for the bushings being bad. I quickly bought a cheap set from amazon so I could get it on the road. Apparently I made a $100 mistake.

I installed the IPD Poly Subframe Bushing Insert Kit on my XC70 last night. It seemed to tightened the car up a bit. I also noticed some clearance issues with my passenger front LCA where it is rubbing with the frame. The LCA and bushings have about 2,000 miles on them so I hope the bushings are not ...
