A/C woes

I got a 99 S70. It's around 90 degrees right now where I live and the A/C blows cold air most of the time. Recently, the A/C started blowing warm air. However, if I shut off the engine for about 5 min and restart, cool air comes out again! This has happened 3 times already (the wierd thing is that those 3 times, someone opened the door to get in and the A/C started blowing warm air soon after).

What gives??
