S70 motor mounts Topic is solved

How do I know if the lower two hydro motor mounts have gone bad? I was under the car the other day checking things out and noticed that the cable that goes from top to bottom on both sides of the mount is not snug at all. There is a lot of play in the cable and I didn't know if this was an indication that the mount has failed. There has been a lot of engine movement when shifting and when I take my foot off of the gas I feel a slight kick-back. The car has 55K on it and I have already replaced the upper torsion mount that was cracked. Any ideas? Thanks.
