Both switches light up when activated, but niether seat heats. Is there a common circuit that feeds both? Comments?

When my drivers' side heat went out it was a broken contact on the thermostat. It looks like these contacts get pushed and pulled with every recline/forward-back of the seat until they snap.

Follow the wire that goes straight up the bottom of the seat.
