Remove inside trim on driver's side door

Any tricks to removing the interior panel for the driver's side door? I don't want to break anything, but I need to get inside the door to retrieve the light that broke and fell in (the red panel that says "OPEN DOOR" to oncoming traffic

)

I could use a bagful of these. Any advice on where to buy?

I searched a bit here and on Google and haven't found these in bulk yet.
