Hi everyone,
I have 1999 Volvo S70 T5.
Yesterday, I decided to replace the spark plugs on my car with new OEM plugs. When I was all finished, I tried to start the car. The car cranks but doesn't start. I made sure all the connections were ok and correct. Today I checked to see if there is spark, and there was none. What else could I check?
I'm getting really frustrated! I took out the Camshaft position sensor wire, but I'm not sure if it's bad. Is there a way to test it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Car won't start after replacing spark plugs!

If the car ran fine before you did the plugs, then there is something up with the install. I would first make sure you have spark at the coil and work your way to the plugs. If you don't have spark at the coil, then I will look into sensors and the like.
I'm pretty sure there is no spark. I attached one ignition coil to a spark plug and ground it while my friend attempted to start the car and did not see a spark. I also sprayed started fluid, and the car only cranked. This led me to believe that there is no spark. I put the old plugs back in and tried to start; no luck. I did one plug at a time and never disconnected an ignition coil, so there's no way I mixed those up. BTW, all ignition coils are less than 2 months old, so the chance of them going bad is slim to none. I am pulling two codes right now, p1113 and p0013. One of them is camshaft related which made me think that it might be the cam position sensor . . .

There is no "ignition coil" on a 99.
I'm gonna cut and paste something I've written before, so it's a little repetitive, but gives you the values you need to look for from the sensors:
The crankshaft sensor is located just above the transmission housing; the camshaft position sensor is in a housing just behind the distributor cap on the engine block. You should see >200 ohms on the crankshaft position sensor, and often times the cam sensor will set a code. Pin 1 to 3 of the camshaft sensor should read 12.5 V, 1 to 2 should read <5 V, and pin 1 should ohm out 0 resistance to ground.

I'm a 100% positive that there are ignition coil. Here is a link for what I bought and installed:

I am going outside to check the camshaft now. I'm assuming the ignition should be on. Is that correct?

Yes, ignition on. Sorry for the confusion, I meant they don't have a "single" coil like models like mine do, yours has an individual coil/"coil pack" for each cylinders. It still has to make a spark somehow, this way is just more efficient
