still no start!

Hi Guys!
Waiting to hear from you guys on the Volvo 740 no start condition. Problem started after changing the flywheel, Now there is no spark on cylinders#1& 4, and no power on fuse #11 . The flywheel was set to time with the engine , was done a second time just to determine its accuracy.
Thanks for your help

The lack of spark on #1 and #4 has me baffled. I am aware of some more modern vehicles using magnetic sensors on either the crankshaft or flywheel which induce spark in place of a standard distributor. If your car is set up this way, you may have the wrong flywheel. Otherwise, I would check the distributor cap and wire connections.

Fuse #11 in my car is for the in-tank fuel pump. No electric power coming into fuse #11 would be indicative of a defective fuel pump relay. This one relay provides electric power to both fuel pumps, through two separate circuits. This would definitely cause a no start condition. I would check and/or replace the fuel pump relay first, then see what happens.
