Problem solved - starting looking at the wiring harness and under some tape there was a repair done to the green wire (I believe it is for the throttle motor). Not sure what happened to the wire in the past but someone reconnected it with a crimp connector and no strain relief. The connection had come right apart. Did a quick repair on that and problem solved !!!!!! I am wondering if there is an issue with the wires fatiguing over time to the throttle body?
