Timing belt replacement_V40 MY 2012

Hello everybody, I am a new user freshly registered.I hope that someone will be able to light my mind regarding the following topics. Thanks in advance for your time and all the help you could provide.
I want to replace the timing belt and the water pump on a V40 (MY 2012), European model which is equipped with a motor (L4, 1.6 16V) made I assume by Ford. It is a B4164T3.My first question is about the timing tools I have to use.I saw a tool designed to lock the camshaft sprockets and another one (a flat plate) to be inserted in the camshaft slots located on the gearbox side.To install this tool the camshaft cover must be removed first. The question is if it is mandatory to install both locking tools or if the one holding the sprockets is enough ?Then the next question is about the crankshaft pulley which is now 13 years old and has been operated for about 180'000 km (112'000 miles).Do you recommend to use a brand new one ? I will replace the crankshaft bolt by a brand new, but I have no idea about the torque specification and I am concerned as the crankshaft sprocket do not use any shaft key, so the correct installation and tightening of the pulley is crucial to avoid a loss of timing.Do you recommend to use Loctite as well ? I know I am a bit paranoid. Finally, I noticed that the filling and the bleeding of the cooling circuit seem to be a bit special. It looks like that a special equipment (called coolant filler which OEM part number is 951 2955 and 951 2957) is needed and the coolant must be filled under pressure to avoid any air pocket trapped into the cooling jacket. Is it correct and is it mandatory to buy a quite expensive toolset as the Astro suitcase sold for about 350 € (400 USD)
