Hi. Has anyone managed to fully figure out this problem? My Volvo had the same problem. I changed the carbon filter, it helped until the first fuel fill and the same sound again. Does anyone know the real problem?

fuel gets cut every gallon when I refuel.

this is typically caused by something like a blocked Fuel tank vent hose, faulty anti-rollover vent valve or related issue like a blockage somewhere in an evap line. YMMV


but sometimes volvos are special
