Send me your excess. I need to make a side walk to my new generator shed.
For $170 the Amazon purchased 'building in a box' is not bad. About 75 pounds of thin gauge steel and plastic assembled into a reasonably sturdy 3.5 x 6 foot shed. I had concern it would blow away in a gust of wind so I made a base of concrete and blocks to anchor the building. Assembly is nearly complete. Only need to add the double doors.

I still use Aluminum downspouts with sheet metal screws. At some time you will have to remove the downspout to paint or something.

I finished the little generator shed. The double doors don't fit great, but they open and close. I added 3/16 steel plates under the corner anchor bolts to spread the load on the thin metal base plate. I don't think it will fly away now in any normal winds.
I still need to add a floor. Likely will use paving stones on sand base.
My electrician has a worker with a child in hospital so electrical work is on hold.

Cedar shakes. It’s very thin wood with a lot of structure running vertical, like grooves. Very common in New England

I don't think gutter downspouts are supposed to be glued, but you might check with the manufacture/supplier to be sure.
