2011 Volvo XC70, 116,103 miles. Recently noticed that the windshield washer fluid is not working when trying to spray the windshield or rear window. The wipers work fine, and when I make enough attempts to wash, the high pressure headlight washers do work. I replaced the pump, both nozzles, and the entire washer fluid hose assembly - still no spray of fluid on the windshield.
Any other suggestions on what to check, or what might be the reason the pump is not be getting power?
Thanks.

Wow, that's a pickle if all the hoses are new. No elbow or joint that could be clogged? Is the electrical signal to pump maybe not getting to the pump?

Possible your new pump could be bad. I’d have a friend hit the washer button and check power at the connector.

Will check that next but not even sure the old pump was bad, I'm thinking that the pump is not getting power for some reason. I checked the fuse under the hood and that was good, also checked a couple of fuses under the glove box and they were also good.

a fly turd can block those tiny holes and you just had it apart so try cleaning the orifice check if it works with theline pulled off or not.
in some older cars ,well they didnt need a washer pump, it was simply powred by pressing down on it with your foot. what do we need the pump or a switch for?
well if it screws up what you can do is revert to the old way, it works fine.
some of them had a switch to activate intemittent wipers.
here's a link just to make the point.
easy conversion.. no electricity required. its just a squeeze ball with a check valve. pushes water from the reserve to the windhield by the power of your foot.
I had a ford capri it worked that way, awesome design.
heres somethign similar, just for the sake of a picture.
