Practice safety, purchase OE/OEM parts only, and use proper tools and procedures. When in doubt run it by the MVS Moderators.
Oil and filter change is every 4-month, three times a year for a healthy PCV.

March 2013 – Replaced Heater Core, and O-rings
February/March 2013 – Rebuild Steering Gear from JAC; Serviced U-Joint, and Steering Boot assembly; Switched to Valvoline Max Life for steering fluid
December 2012 – Installed Bilstein TC Shocks; All New Dunlop Signature II Serie.s tires
October/November 2012 – Complete Front Suspension with Bilstein TC Struts; Installed New Front Hub-Bearing; Rebuild Driveaxle from Raxles, and replaced both driveaxle seal; Inner and Outer Tie Rods, and boots, Complete Alignment
August 2012 – Timing Belt and Water pump
July 2012 – Complete PCV replacement; Serviced IAC valve and the throttle body
May 2012 – Replaced Transmission Torque Mount; Upper Engine Mounts
April 2012 – New radiator, thermostat, and hoses; Switched to Zerex-G05
It crossed 125,000 miles recently.
It smelled transmission fluid when the air was running inside the cabin. It appeared wetter around the hoses. I noticed a tablespoon was accumulated on the air guide, hence decided to replace both transmission cooler lines.
A rewarding memorial day weekend around the house. My two cars are running well. Once hot, engine and transmission is way too much fun for this lad.
This VML post is about the problem it had developed where the brake pedal would delay releasing the shift from P. Also the ABS and TRACS lights on dash would stay on for longer, and only go off after the daytime running lights come on.
