Dice blanked out ECU

Hi for some reason on my very 1st try using dice I have blanked out my ECU or so it seems I have only abs lights skid light and two information lights ones flashing I can no longer lock the car with remote and the dash is lighted up with no key in. And I can no longer read the the ECU
Please help what have I screwed up ? Many thanks

Update I disconnected the fuse box and it reset
