Another place worth a try is LKQ. They have a large yard in Quebec as well as linked yards that may still carry older cars.

I got a transmission from them for a 2012 XC60 off the shelf. Appreciate it is a newer model.

Folks,

I found a good used door, from an XC 70 2007, mine is a 2006. The problem is that I cannot align it.

Both doors never had an accident, I tried to switch the hinges, so I put the ones of my old door in the 2007 one, but still no way to align it.

Is there any type of adjustment that I am missing??

Maybe worth PM'ing Blacklab467 on this. I know he replaced doors on his 03 XC70 and had some issues.

Swapping the wiring harness from the old door to the new door isn't exceptionally difficult. There is a series of fir tree fasteners that have to be pulled and then the wiring routed the correct way to reach each of the electronic components: latch/lock mechanism, two speaker plugs, window motor, rear view mirror, and switch assembly. Look at the Volvo part numbers on the tags. If they aren't the same, swap the original harness over to the replacement door. Also make sure you keep the original switch module.
