OEM look USB ports

Post by darylrobert »

I received my USB ports today and they fit the Volvo 12v lighter very nicely. I have yet to properly test the operation but data and power works, no speed tests done yet. These sit flush not like the genuine USB adapter, however they do not supply power, they are Female USB to Female USB and anodized black. **Also i have not checked if dual USB ports are ground connected, i purchase some from Amazon that have LED's that are ground connected which causes issues with back voltage. There are also no current specs on these other than USB 3.0. There are other ports available like the USB-C, if you rent a car they no longer have full size USB ports.
