Door Fuse Box puzzle?

I believe i have found the source of my Drivers window intermittently not working. The drivers door (B12) 12v supply wire from the fuse box was showing 12v but had current loading issues. Anyway i decided to replace the wire starting at the fuse box, the one in the front door, was a bit of a puzzle how to remove the pins, i was not able to get one out so used an unused accessory fuse location. It looks like you shift the red plastic tab inwards 1 or 2mm and that releases the pins (spare unit pictured)...its possible with all the pins its just stuck ..i was able to get one out of the spare unit without damage but it was so difficult.
